Its quite common that a fancy slogan gets reused. The first slogan can be seen here also.

ಇದು ಪ್ರೀತ್ಸೋ ಹೃದಯದ ಧಿಮಾಕು
There was this atrocious song from the Kannada movie Chandramukhi Pranasakhi which somehow caught people's imagination.The overuse of the word "Manasu" inspired lot of spin offs, including the above one. I personally believe that word play when tried too hard does not become poetry, it remains just a gimmick!
