The movie "Diggajaru" brought the word "Kuchuku" into popular culture. Ambarish addresses Vishnuvardhan as his "kuchuku", his best buddy. The over-the-top display of affection to convince the audience of their great friendship would otherwise be considered in other parts of the world as something synonymous with "happy" or "joyful" :)
